New explosions have rocked Tehran as Israeli strikes continue across Iran this lunchtime.

Tensions are high, with Iran also launching missiles at targets across Israel - including Haifa and Tel Aviv.

Tehran insists it's acting in self-defence, after its nuclear sites were targeted in what Israel's describing as "pre-emptive strikes".
