Garda Neil Doyle of Dundrum station was first summonsed to the Dublin District Court on May 8th, on a charge stating he drove a 2018-registered vehicle, without due care and attention, thereby causing serious bodily harm to another person on October 28th of 2023.
It also states the location, junction 11 north on the M50.
