Israel And Iran Agree To A "Total Ceasefire" According To Donald Trump

Donald Trump says Iran and Israel have agreed to a "total ceasefire".

Posting on his Truth Social platform, the US president wrote 'this is a war that could have gone on for years and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn't'.

Israel's prime minister has confirmed its agreed to a ceasefire.

Benjamin Netanyahu has threatened a "forceful" response to any violations.

Earlier, President Trump wrote about Iran's missile attack on a US base in Qatar saying: ‘Congratulations world, it’s time for peace! - they've gotten it out of their system'.
