Kneecap's Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh will not face a new terror trial, after judges at the High Court in London rejected a Crown Prosecution Service appeal against the decision to throw out the case.
Last September, a terrorism charge against the rapper, also known as Mo Chara, was thrown out after the judge found it was "instituted unlawfully."
It related to allegations he had flown a flag in support of Hezbollah at a concert in November 2024.
The CPS appealed against the judgement in January, but the decision has been upheld by two judges today, dismissing the appeal.
