Lucan TD Wants Bigger Fines For Littering – But His "Butt Tosser" Campaign Name Deemed "Improper"

The Dáil has heard calls for increased fines for littering.

Lucan-based Independent TD Paul Gogarty has said some areas in the country are filthy and penalising people would help address the problem.

He says he regularly sees people littering with little or no consequences.
