75 year old Miriam Burns was found dead at her home in Killarney
A man arrested yesterday as part of the Garda investigation into the violent death of a woman in County Kerry has been released without charge.
75 year old Miriam Burns was found dead at her home in Killarney on August 15th last year.
A man in his 50's was detained yesterday and questioned at a Cork city garda station before being released last night.
A file is being sent to the DPP and Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
