Ademola Giwa died on Tuesday.
A man in his 20s will appear in court this morning charged in relation to a fatal stabbing in Tallaght in Dublin earlier this week.
Ademola Giwa was killed following an altercation at Mac Uilliam Road on Tuesday evening.
A second man in his 50s received non life-threatening injuries in the incident.
A man who was arrested by Gardai has now been charged, and will appear in court at 10:30 this morning.

A 26 year old man appeared in court late on Friday morning, charged with the murder of Ademola Giwa in Dublin earlier this week.
Mr Giwa was stabbed to death at Mac Uilliam Road in Tallaght on Tuesday evening.
