The poll shows little change in party support
Help with energy costs is the top priority for voters in the upcoming budget.
23 per cent of people say they want the Government to provide supports for energy and home heating bills.
More than a fifth of people say they'd like to see more supports to help people with buying a home, while for 17 per cent, the priority is increased spending on public services.
The Irish Times Ipsos poll found 13 per cent of respondents favour a reduction in taxes and 12 per cent would like to see an extension of the excise cuts on fuel.
8 per cent are calling for help with the cost of childcare, while just 3 per cent say Government should save surplus resources to invest in the future.
More than half of voters say they're finding it a lot more difficult to manage financially.
The poll also shows little change in party support, with Sinn F�in topping the list for 23 per cent of people, followed by Fianna F�il on 18 per cent and Fine Gael on 17 per cent.
