Residents are considering legal action over noise from new airport runway.
Angry residents in Ballyboughal are accusing the Dublin Aiport Authority of ignoring planning agreements.
They say planes are not abiding by the flying agreement contained in the DAA application to build the second runway which opened at Dublin Airport last August.
The residents say aircraft departing from the Airport are not on the agreed flight paths which is creating massive noise and interruption.
David Walton of the Ballyboughal Community Council says the noise has become unbearable:
