As part of an intelligence-led operation between Revenue and Gardaí from Ballymun, Balbriggan and Coolock Garda Stations, over 18 kilograms of herbal cannabis were seized over the past number of days.
The drugs - with an estimated value of €363,000 - were discovered following searches of a number of homes in north Dublin.
Three people were arrested.
A man in his 20s - detained on Wednesday - has since been charged to appear in court.
A man and woman - both in their 30s - were arrested yesterday and continue to be questioned.
Separately, Gardaí discovered 57 thousand euro worth of cocaine and 12 thousand worth of cannabis during the search of a home in Ballymun yesterday, as part of Operation Tara.
A 40-year-old man was arrested and remains in custody this morning.
