The Bundesliga champions have now extended their unbeaten run to 49 matches

Bayer Leverkusen extended their unbeaten run to 49 matches last night as they made their way into the Europa League final.

The Bundesliga champions scored a 97th minute equaliser to earn a 2-all draw with Roma to win their semi-final tie 4-2 on aggregate.

Leverkusen will play Atalanta in the decider at Dublin's Aviva Stadium later this month.

The Italian club beat Marseille 3-nil to complete a 4-1 aggregate victory.
