Brian Flanagan will continue as Kildare senior football manager for the 2027 season.
Kildare GAA confirmed the decision following a review of the 2026 campaign, with Flanagan retaining full support of the county's Executive and Management Committee.
Flanagan was appointed on a four-year term in 2024 and will now enter his third season in charge of the Lilywhites.
Kildare endured a difficult league campaign this year, suffering relegation from Division Two, before exiting the Leinster Championship after an extra-time semi-final defeat to Westmeath.
