Connacht have issued a positive update on captain and Suncroft native Cian Prendergast.
The flanker was stretchered off the pitch at McHale Park last Saturday after being injured in a ruck with Munster's Alex Nankivell.
Prendergast was released from hospital on Sunday and is following return to play protocols before a possible return to training next week.
