Suncroft's Leinster out-half Sam Prendergast, Naas RFC's Andrew Osborne are included in the starting team.
Naas RFC's Oscar Cawley is among the replacements.
Gus McCarthy once again captains the team in Paarl for that match at 1:30 on Saturday.
