All games kick off at 4pm
Manchester City will be crowned Premier League champions for the fourth season in a row if they beat West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium today.
If they slip up, Arsenal will be looking to take advantage.
The Gunners need a win over Everton in North London to have any hopes of securing a first title since 2004.
Elsewhere, Liverpool will say goodbye to manager Jurgen Klopp when they play Wolves at Anfield.
Nottingham Forest should survive, even if they lose to Burnley, as Luton, who are three points behind Forest, have an inferior goal difference of twelve and still need to beat Fulham.
Elsewhere, Sheffield United play host to Tottenham, Brighton are at home to Manchester United, Newcastle travel to Brentford, Aston Villa go to Crystal Palace and Chelsea take on Bournemouth.
All those games kick off at 4pm.
