The FAI confirmed the news today
The FAI has confirmed that John O'Shea will be in charge of the Ireland senior men's team for next month's games.
The Waterford native - capped 118 times for his country - will oversee the friendly matches against Belgium and Switzerland.
The interim manager will be assisted by Crystal Palace coach Paddy McCarthy.
The search for a permanent successor to Stephen Kenny will surpass 100 days on Saturday but the FAI insist that one will be appointed in early April.
