He takes over from Tommy Hewitt.
Kilcock's Ciarán Kilduff has become the new manager of the Athlone Town Women's side.
Kilduff has won three Premier Division titles as a player with both Dundalk and Shamrock Rovers and replaces Tommy Hewitt as Athone manager.
The Kilcock man was also involved with the Maynooth Town University team a couple of years ago, but has since moved onto different roles in women's football.
