Former Kilkenny under-20 manager Mark Dowling has been appointed manager of the Naas senior hurling team.
He served as Kilkenny U20 manager between 2023 and 2025, winning the 2025 Leinster title.
Cian Treacy from Thurles Sarsfields will be head coach.
Treacy most recently coached Offaly’s Kilcormac-Killoughey and has previously worked with Dowling as both coach of the Kilkenny U20 and Thurles Sarsfields senior sides.
Dowling succeeds former manager Tom Mulally and head coach Christy Kealy.
Downling managed his cub's Dicksboro senior hurling team from 2017 to 2020 and Thurles Sarsfields' senior team from 2021 to 2022.Naas won their seventh successive county senior title in 2025, by beating Maynooth in the final
In Leinster, they have been by Wexford champions St Martin's in 2024 and 2025.
