They won on a scoreline of 49-31.
A total of seven tries, including two in the first half from Tommy O' Brien, ensured progression to the next round.
Other tries came from Jimmy O' Brien, Hugo Keenan, Josh van der Flier, Thomas Clarkson and Rieko Ioane.
Leinster boss Leo Cullen said that he was pleased with how his side managed the game after a difficult first half.
The province will play Sale Sharks this Saturday, April 11 at 5:30PM in the Aviva Stadium.
