Ulster came from behind to defeat Ospreys 28-24 in difficult conditions in Belfast.
The visitors made the stronger start and led 17-7, but Ulster responded before half-time through David McCann to cut the deficit. Tries from Jacob Stockdale and Nick Timoney after the break helped turn the game in the hosts' favour.
A late scare saw Ospreys have a potential winning score ruled out for a forward pass, allowing Ulster to hold on.
Ulster now progress to the quarter-finals, where they will host French side Stade Rochelais.
