There's growing pressure on volunteers at GAA Clubs, according to a new report.
About 1,300 club officers from around the world were surveyed as part of the 'More Than a Role report'.
It was conducted by S-E-T-U in partnership with the GAA, LGFA and Camogie Association, and found many club officers contribute the equivalent of a full working day each week.
Former Waterford hurler and co-author, Dr Noel Connors says around 30 per cent of people have more than one role at their club:
