Balacoune commits to a three-year contract with the province.
Ireland international wing Rob Balacoune has signed a new deal with Ulster.
The Fermanagh native made his Six Nations debut this year and was named the BKT Rising Star player of the Championship.
The 29-year-old is one of three players to commit to a new three-year contract with the province.
Back row James McNabney - who received his first Ireland call-up this month - and fellow forward Joe Hopes will also remain at Ulster until at least 2029.
