He's signed a 7 year contract
Chelsea have completed the signing of Belgian midfielder Romeo Lavia from Southampton in a deal worth 58 million pounds.
The 19 year old has signed a seven-year contract at Stamford Bridge, after rejecting Liverpool.
It's the second time this week the Merseysiders have lost out to Chelsea in the transfer market.
Lavia's arrived in London hot on the heels of Moises Caicedo - who joined the Pensioners for a British-record transfer fee of 115 million pounds.
