The Donegal man has been absent with a knee injury since May but has returned to training.

Everton boss Sean Dyche has revealed that club captain Seamus Coleman is nearing a return to first team action.

The Donegal man has been absent with a knee injury since May but has returned to training.

Dyche was speaking at the club's Finch Farm training ground about the next step in Coleman's recovery.

Dyche also revealed that both Andre Gomes and Dele Ali who have respective calf and groin injuries remain sidelined but are progressing.
