Republic of Ireland boss Stephen Kenny has hit back at criticism of his team's defeat to the Netherlands in their last Euro 2024 qualifier.

Republic of Ireland boss Stephen Kenny has hit back at criticism of his team's defeat to the Netherlands in their last Euro 2024 qualifier.

The Boys in Green were beaten 1-nil in Amsterdam and ended the campaign with just six points.

Former players and pundits criticised Kenny's team for a lack of fight in the Dutch capital.

Kenny was quick to highlight some of the team's poor results under previous coaching teams.

Nathan Collins has been ruled out of tomorrow's friendly with New Zealand due to injury.
