In the Premier League, Arsenal came from behind to beat Leeds 2-1 yesterday, while Chelsea were big winners with a 5-1 victory over Bournemouth.
Ipswich beat Fulham 2-1, Brighton won 2-nil at Sunderland, Aston Villa drew 2-all with Brentford, and Manchester United and Spurs finished 1-all at Old Trafford.
There are three games today. Crystal Palace play Nottingham Forest and Hull are home to Everton at 2 o’clock.
Then at half-four, the standout game sees Liverpool home to Mancheser City at Anfield, in City’s first match since the verdict in the Premier League’s financial case against them.

Rugby
In rugby, Leinster secured a bonus-point victory in the URC last night, beating Cardiff 29-5 at the Laya Arena.
Kildare’s Jimmy O'Brien crossed twice for the hosts, with Hugo Keenan and Jack Conan also touching down to secure the try bonus point before half-time.
Naas’ Jamie Osborne added a fifth try after the break as Leinster cruised to a comfortable win.
In the Energia AIL Division 1B, Naas and Highfield joined Nenagh Ormond at the summit on ten points following impressive bonus-point victories.
Naas overwhelmed previously unbeaten Blackrock College 54-14, running in eight tries, including a Paddy Taylor double.
MU Barnhall beat Garryowen 28-24, with Neil Byrne contributing 18 points.
Golf
In golf, Shane Lowry has plenty of ground to make up heading into today's final round of the Open de Espana in Madrid.
The Offaly man is tied for 17th on 5 under par, eight shots off the lead.
Joe Dean and Grant Forrest share the lead on 13 under, one shot clear of the chasing pack.
F1
In F1, Max Verstappen will start from pole position for today's Singapore Formula One Grand Prix.
The Red Bull driver secured the top spot in qualifying yesterday, having also won the sprint race earlier in the day.
Charles Leclerc will line up alongside him on the front row, with Ferrari teammate Lewis Hamilton starting third.
