11 people have been killed following a shooting at a school in Russia's southwest.
Authorities in western Russia report 7 children have died, with 16 injured.
Local media report witnesses hearing an explosion at the site, in the city of Kazan.

One 19 year-old gunman has been arrested.
It was believed a second suspect could still be in the school, but the regional governor says that no other accomplices have been established.
