Man Arrested After Abusive Social Media Posts Were Directed At Several England Players.

The suspect is 37 years of age.

In the UK, a man's been arrested after abusive social media posts were directed towards England players following their Euro 2020 final defeat.

The suspect, who's 37 and from Ashton upon Mersey, is being questioned under the Malicious Communications Act.

Greater Manchester Police says "any racist abuse whether online or off is not acceptable".
