10 drivers have been detected speeding on the N7.
The operation was conducted on the N7 by Naas Roads Policing Unit.
The highest speed detected was 150kph, and Gardai say fines and penalty points have been issued in all cases
Naas Roads Policing Unit were out conducting speed checks on the N7 early this morning. 10 motorists were found to be travelling above the 100kph speed limit, with one travelling at 150kph.

Whilst a driver was arrested in a separate operation on the N7 in Kildare.
Gardai detected the driver speeding.
The car was pulled over the the motorist subsequently tested positive for cocaine.
They were detained and proceedings are to follow.
