The conviction followed an incident on November 26th, 2023, where she drove in way that was considered “dangerous to the public”.
A 25-year-old female garda from Leixlip has been convicted of dangerous driving and banned from the road for two years after a driving incident while she was on duty.
Naima Chemaou, described in the Irish Independent as a promising League of Ireland footballer, appeared before Dublin District Court on January 28.
The ban was implemented from February 12.
