Construction is to start in the New Year
Kildare County Council has signed a contract with K & J Townmore Construction Ltd in Co. Offaly for the construction of 33 new social housing units and associated siteworks at the former Ambassador Hotel site in Kill.
Works are due to commence on site early in the new year with an expected completion date in March 2025.
The project is funded under “Housing for All”.
