That's a very sharp reduction on the 186 sales that went through during the same month in 2020.
The highest price paid in the county for a home last month was just over €700,000 in mid Kildare.
5 commercial sales were registered in the county last month, all of which were units in shopping centres or business parks in Newbridge, Maynooth or Clane.
