Chief Executive, Paul Reid, is appearing before the Oireachtas Health Committee today.
Three quarters of the HSE's computer servers have now been unlocked, after the recent cyber attack.
They were stolen by ransonware hackers last month, but have now been decrypted.
The HSE will also tell the Oireachtas Health committee today 70 per cent of staff devices, like laptops, are now available again.
Kildare North Fine Gael TD, Bernard Durkan, is a member of the committee.
