KCC says they will begin on June 28th.
A series of 8 roadworks projects in the Athy Municipal District have been announced.
Kildare County Council says they are all surface dressing works, to take place at:
- L8073, Russellstown to Inch
- L8026 , Broomfield Cross Rd to N78
- L8016, Rathsillagh to Narraghmore
- L8007 Ballyshannon to Calverstown
- L4011, Mill Road
- L4010, Newtownallen
- L4012 , Prumplestown to Knockroe
- L4009 Knockroe to Woodlands, Castledermot
The council says "As the type of works are weather dependent times and locations may alter."
They are scheduled tot take place from June 28th to July 2nd, between 7am and 7pm.
Traffic management systems will be in place to facilitate the maintenance works.
Delays are to be expected.
