28 of the new cases are in Co. Kildare.
There are 379 new cases of Covid-19 and nine additional deaths.
171 of the cases are in Dublin, with 27 in Donegal, 28 in Kildare, 24 in Limerick, 22 in Cork and the remaining 107 cases are spread across 18 other counties.

There has been a total of 4,929 #COVID19 related deaths in Ireland.
The five-day moving average has dropped to 422 - down 10 per cent on this day last week.
But Professor Emer Shelley, from the Royal College of Physicians, says it will be a challenge to keep the numbers down.
