The numerous thefts from cars took place in The View Estate, Newbridge, The Green in Old Grange Wood estate in Monasterevin, and the Ferns Wood estate in Monasterevin
Gardaí are appealing for information following a number of thefts from vehicles in both Newbridge and Monasterevin in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The burglaries occurred between 2am and 8am in The View estate in Newbridge, The Green in Old Grange Wood estate in Monasterevin, and the Ferns Wood estate in Monasterevin.
A number of cars parked in these estates were found to have items taken from them, as discovered by the owners.
All cars involved had been unlocked, and Gardaí are urging the public to ensure their car is locked and that any valuables within the car are stored away.
