It is for 181 homes, 117 apartments, a childcare facility and a pumping station on a site in Boycetown,
In a separate SHD application, Glan Developments Limited, is seeking leave for 204 dwellings, including 98 houses and 106 duplexes/apartments.
The application is for a site at Ballymany, Newbridge.
ABP is due to issue decisions on both applications on November 25th.
