Kildare County Council has announced the launch of an affordable housing purchase scheme for private buyers at Pierce Park, Newbridge.
This initiative, in partnership with D&P Construction Ltd, aims to provide first-time buyers and other eligible homebuyers with the opportunity to purchase newly built homes at reduced prices.
The scheme includes six new homes: three 2-bedroom, own-door apartments and three 3-bedroom, own-door duplexes.
The Affordable Housing Purchase Scheme aims to support first-time buyers, with some exceptions.
Eligible applicants looking to buy a home in Kildare are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the application process and documentation, available online here.
