Councillors, at the monthly meeting, are being asked to consider a Section 85 Agreement between KCC and South Doublin County Council.
Its part of the M4 Eastbound Bus Priority Measures Pilot project
Section 85 allows local authorities to enter deals where one council can carry out works, or discharge tasks, on behalf of another.
