Equipment and wellbeing programmes for the residents will be funded
The Housing Finance Agency has announced funding of €250,000 to support Approved Housing Bodies and Local Authorities in the delivery of community-enhancing initiatives and facilities.
Thirteen initiatives across 11 different counties were chosen, including the Anne Street estate in Prosperous.
Equipment and wellbeing programmes for the residents will be funded.
Funding will cover the provision of outdoor leisure equipment and health and wellbeing programmes.
Funding will also cover the costs of a community storage shed to be used by various groups and services.
