The Dept. of Housing has released data for August.
There's been a reduction in the number of people homeless in Kildare.
120 people were living in emergency accommodation in the county in August, a drop from 135 in July.
That's according to Dept of Housing.
The Homelessness Report for August has just been published.

There were 159 people in Meath and 26 in Wicklow in homelessness in August
The three counties, together, make up the Mid-East region, where 72 families with 92 children were living in emergency accommodation.
Nationally 6,023 adults were homeless in Ireland, and 2,189 children.
