Houses prices in Kildare in the final three months of 2024 were 11% higher than a year previously, compared to a rise of 3% seen during 2023.
The average price of a home in the county is now €354,000, 35% above the level seen at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Housing prices nationally rose by an average of 9% during 2024, according to the latest report from daft.ie.
