The majority of community health services are operating.
Blood test and outpatient radiology appointments at Naas General remain cancelled, because of the cyber attack on the HSE.
Anyone attending a hospital appointment is being asked to bring their hospital number or any information that can help identify them.
The hospital's emergency department remains open for trauma and urgent care provision.
The executive says, however, that " the emergency department (ED) is very busy. There are delays for patients who need non-urgent care."
