20,526 shoppers have contacted the consumer watchdog's helpline in the year to June to highlight problems with faulty goods and services.

Poor online shopping experiences, botched home improvements and issues with cars are some of the issues consumers have contacted the CCPC about this year.

20,526 shoppers have contacted the consumer watchdog's helpline in the year to June to highlight problems with faulty goods and services.

The top traders named by consumers contacting the helpline included Ryanair, Eir and Sky.

Speaking to Kfm, Director of Communications Grainne Griffin outlines which sectors have led to the most complaints.
