A car has been seized in Naas after the driver was found to be an unaccompanied learner with no L-plates on display.
When the Roads Policing Unit stopped the car, it was subsequently discovered that the driver had no insurance, tax or NCT.
The car was seized and Gardai say proceedings against the driver have commenced.
