The car was detected by the Naas Roads Policing Unit
A car has been seized on the N7 at Blackchurch by the Naas Roads Policing Unit.
Gardai were carrying out speed checks when the car was found to be travelling at 132kph in a 100kph area.
When the driver was pulled over, they were found to be an unaccompanied learner with no L-plates and no insurance.
The car was subsequently seized and court proceedings are to follow.
