It's because of a HSE moratorium on recruitment
Clerical staff are continuing lunchtime protests today over a HSE moratorium on recruitment.
They're taking action at various HSE sites across the country, demanding HSE bosses 'EndTheFreeze'.
Staff have regularly spoken out about the amount of pressure they are under on a daily basis.
A protest will get underway at Naas General Hospital at 12.45pm.
