EU wants to scrap daylight savings, but member states can't agree
The clocks 'spring forward' tonight in Ireland and the wider European Union.
However, Ireland South MEP Deirdre Clune says nations need to come to a concensus and drop the twice annual time changes.

Deirdre Clune says the stalled process needs to re-start.
