The latest GeoDirectory Commercial Vacancy Rates Report has revealed the June 2024 figures in Kildare are higher than the same period last year
Commercial vacancy rates in Kildare have increased to 14.3% in June 2024.
This is an increase from the same period in 2023, according to the latest GeoDirectory Commercial Vacancy Rates Report.
Leixlip had the highest commercial vacancy rate at 15.9%, while Maynooth had the lowest at 12.4%.
The national commercial vacancy rate is 14.4%.
The highest commercial vacancy rates continue to be found in the west of the country with Sligo, at 20.5%, followed by Donegal (19.4%), Galway (18.5%), Limerick (17.5%) and Leitrim (17.5%).
