Plan includes extension to Hazelhatch.

The plans will see an expanded DART system connecting Dublin city to Hazelhatch and Celbridge, with increased train frequency.
The Dublin Commuter Coalition have criticised the plans, saying stations are needed at Cabra, Ballyfermot and Hueston West to accommodate communities on the proposed route.
Dublin Commuter Coalition chair Kevin Carter said.
